Edwards AFB – Test Pilot School – Space Force

In July 2022, Modular Management Group completed the construction a modular Test Pilot School for the Space Force at Edwards Air Force Base in California.

The new modular facility is an addition to an existing USAF Test Pilot School.

Designed to connect seamlessly with the existing structure, by matching the façade with stucco and other structural and technological details.

MMG designed, manufactured, installed, and provided the furniture and maintenance for this highly anticipated modular building.

Scope of work includes a Grade Beam Foundation, Underground utilities, Electrical, Fire Alarm and Mass Notification, Fire Sprinkler, Data Comm.

Equipped with steps, ramps and canopies, this facility is ADA compliant.
