MMG offers permanent and relocatable modular facilities for lease, for purchase, or for lease-to-purchase — single-story or multi-story, temporary or permanent. The same Design-Build team supports the asset whether it sits on the agency’s books as a purchase, a lease, or a personal-property asset on the inventory record.

MMG is a Design-Build General Contractor with an in-house design team led by a Vice President of Design Services who is a registered architect (AIA, NCARB). We do not pull modular buildings off a shelf. Every facility we deliver is designed to the customer’s program requirements — floor plan, structure, finishes, security standards, and mechanical systems. The Designer of Record is on our team, not on a subcontract.
